COMPLETE OVERHAUL OF A TRAVERSING CRANE BELONGING TO THE JSC «SEVERNAYA VERF»

In 2001, «BARS» won a tender for complete overhaul of a traversing crane belonging to the JSC «Severnaya Verf»

This complicated mechanism for moving large sections and vessels has not been repaired since the date of its construction in 1951.

During the overhaul, the experts made a series of works on the production of new transport trucks of a traversing crane and replace of a hundred of bearings and train axels and replaced deformed tracks throughout the 130 meter length of a traversing crane.
