MANUFACTURING OF OILY WATER CLEANING EQUIPMENT

Since 2004 CJSC «BARS» under the project of FSUE DB ME «Rubin» has been manufacturing in series the oily water cleaning plants for vessels and submarines of the Russian Navy.

The units are intended for cleaning oily water on the vessels of unlimited navigation area. The plants with the performance of 0.3, 0.6, 1.6 and 2.5 cub. m. / hr. are offered for supply. Type series plants meet the requirements of Rules for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, requirements of Resolution MERS.60 (33), and comply with the standards established by the International MARPOL 73 / 78 and the Rules of environment in the Navy.

The materials, specifically designed fittings and equipment provide reliable operation of devices and longterm service. The principle of operation systems: gravitationalcoalescing, filtering.

Over the past 8 years CJSC «BARS» has produced these installations for the Nevsky Shipbuilding Plant, FSUE «Sevmash», FSUE MP «Zvezdochka», FSUE «Admiralty Shipyards», JSC «Zelenodolsk Plant of A. M. Gorky», JSC The Baltic Shipyard, JSC «Yantar», JSC «Severnaya shipyard».
